The big, wealthy oil tycoon Blake Carrington and his former secretary, Krystle Grant Jennings are getting married. Krystle's ex-boyfriend, Matthew Blaisdel, who's been working as a geologist on one of Blake's oil rigs in the Mideast for a year and a half, is thrown out from there, and comes back to Denver. He accidentally meets Krystle, and they both start thinking that there may be a spark left from their previous relationship, and Krystle starts getting second thoughts about the wedding. She has a little argument about this with Blake. Blake's children, Steven Daniel Carrington and Fallon Carrington, also return to Denver after being away. Blake is not getting along well with Steven, because of Blake's difficulty in accepting a homosexual relationship Steven had in New York.Matthew gets a little visit from an old acquaintance, Walter Lankershim. Walter asks for money, because he's in trouble. He's lent money from Blake to drill for oil, but he hasn't made any strikes. Matthew refuses to give him any money. Matthew goes to visit his present wife, Claudia, who's been in a mental institution for 18 months, but he learns that she's much better, and she's been released. Matthew, Claudia and their daughter, Lindsay, decide to start over again as a family. Blake and Krystle get to talk about their disagreements, and start planning a big wedding. There's an accident on Walter's oil rig and he finds out that somebody has been sabotaging his operation. He's convinced that Carrington has something to do with this.
this is an incredible series. Thank you for putting the effort and time in this!
ReplyDeleteI loved and missed Dynasty! It's so cool to watch it again!
ReplyDeleteThank you, thank you, God Bless you, and thank you, for putting these up for posterity. I'd been watching these on YouTube, had taken an accidental two-month hiatus for work reasons, and upon trying to resume viewing, found *all* full episodes vanished. Heart, broken. Saw your link and kept clicking even though I was doubting it would be anything but words. You are the rock star of all rock stars.
ReplyDeleteThanks, my wife loved this show.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for posting this!! I used to watch this show as a kid with my mom, brings so many memories, you are the best!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you SO MUCH! I was looking for this serie everywhere! You ARE an ANGEL :-D
ReplyDeleteWhat a waste of time, the video stops after a few minutes, redirecting you to start over.
ReplyDeleteNot just one, all of them.
DeleteJust refresh the page, dumbass.
DeleteMust be your browser - everyone else seems to be able to watch fine. Clear the cache of your browser, close and reopen your browser, and then start the page again - it should work fine
DeleteGreat job! Thanks for putting this together! :)
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love this video blog: but why, why, why is it *Filled* with Malware and pop-ups?!
ReplyDeleteHeh, after watching a few episodes on this site, my Macbook Pro was *destroyed* - permanently riddled with Malware.
Use an adblocker - I had no issues with pop-ups or malware
DeleteDid anyone else notice in the Bridal Shower scene, the nosy and opinionated friend of Krystal's, "Dottie"? Recognize her? That's Deborah Adair, "the company slut" (as Alexis put it) "Tracy Kendall", from 1983-1984; Denver Carrington's Public Relations person (under Krystal).
ReplyDeletei cant see help me
ReplyDeleteThank you for your uploads of the fabulous series from the 80's. I fell in love with the series watching it originally when I was studying in Toronto. Sadly the series ended with less pomp than it should deserve. Even The Reunion mini-series did not do the series justice. So wonderful to re-watch the original series again. Thank you for your kind effort allowing us fans to relive the memories again!
ReplyDeleteWow! Blake's attitude toward Steven is really indicative of how opinions to gay people have changed since the 80s (faggotry?! can you imagine them getting away with using that word in today's soaps?). At least they dealt with the issue of homophobia head-on and it's interesting to see how much Blake's attitude was to change over the course of the series.
ReplyDeleteWhat was going on with Krystle's hair and make-up people? One minute they're putting her hair in curlers and the next she's have it combed out with hair straighteners. Did they have a scene missing in between where they looked at her in the mirror and said: 'Nah! That looks crap!'?
Matthew Blaisdale is a bit of an idiot where his wife is concerned. She clearly has a mental health condition, he knows this, she clearly tells him she has issues and yet he's still telling her to give up on her treatment and come and play happy families with him and his weird daughter.
I can see just half of the screen ... what should I do. Thanks a lot
ReplyDeleteunfortunatley the videos are not centered so i cannot find the fullscreen button
ReplyDeleteI don't see any video, is this site updated at all or not? If not, why have it up at all? Waste of time!
